Analyzing heterogeneity in passenger satisfaction, loyalty, and complaints with air-rail integrated services

چکیده

To increase the understanding of passenger choice air-rail integrated services (ARIS), present paper a) analyzes profile intermodal passengers by classifying them based on their socioeconomic and travel characteristics (b) uncovers any heterogeneity in satisfaction with ARIS among different groups. Through collecting 1,345 questionnaires about ARIS, surveyed Shijiazhuang, China, we first apply latent class clustering to classify into three Then, key factors affecting its subsequent effect loyalty complaints are identified using a partial least squares structural equation model. Finally, path heterogeneities groups explored multi-group analysis. The results show that attach similar importance ticket services, reliability, accessibility comfort, while some noticeable differences perception personalized information connectivity.
